THERE ARE NO WORDS FOR THIS PHOTO!

LOOK AT THIS PHOTO!

And then send it to your friends!

Remember Athena's other moments of glory?  Like this and this?  Here, she's afraid of the smoke detector.  LOOK AT THAT FACE!

Thanks much to SarahP for the photo!

Pippi

Ahhh, I love this photo so much. LOOK AT THAT TAIL! And the other dog looking right at the camera! And Pippi's right front leg! Amazing. Little doggies!

Thanks to the lovely Kyle J. Schmidt for this excellent photo. I miss you, KJS!

Oliver, part 2

I'm going to be doing a lot of this today.

Thanks to Caitlin for the photo!  I'm back now for the rest of the summer, basically (yay!), so BPofGD will also be back in full force. Send me your photos!

Nellie on a Bench!

Remember Nellie? Turns out there's an entire Tumblr site devoted to Nellie on benches! (Aptly titled "Nellie on a Bench.")  Pretty brilliant.  Thanks, Maeve!

Coco and Freddie Bill

And...we're back!

When I was in Beijing, I met many of my brother's wonderful co-workers and friends, including Craig and Christina, who are now hooking me up with awesome dogblog pix! In the case of Craig, his mom Brenda sent me several fantastic photos of their three (yes, three! Oh, the luck!) dogs.  Stay tuned for more.

Coco = the chihuahua and Freddie Bill = the mini dachsund ("doing his best rat teeth!")

This photo cracks me up. Thanks, Brenda!

Dipstick Daisy Parker

Ahhh, I LOVE this photo!  Here's the story behind it, according to Dipsy's person Meagan:

She is salivating over a very large bone given to her by my cousin for Christmas. After consuming the bone, she went to stay with my aunt, uncle, and cousin while we were out of town, and proceeded to have a diarrhea explosion. My aunt, who had laryngitis and couldn't speak, was of course the one who discovered her.

Poor Dipsy! Thanks to Meagan for the terrific photo.
